Medical Membership

We know that medical services can be hard to come by when you need something urgently and in the convenience of your own home. We are excited to offer an alternative to your current care and provision of service by offering a monthly membership for 100 dollars a month. You will have the opportunity for on demand visits following the initial visit for 150. It is month to month paid prior to the month covered. No membership timeframe required, you can cancel any time. Cancelation date will serve for the last monthly invoice sent.
